Awful customer service

I ordered stuff from Zando on the 05 of May 2020, was supposed to receive my order on the 20th of May the latest, sent numerous email without success, then I receive a email from Charl saying my order would be delivered on that day, that was a week ago. Still nothing. The customer service is pathetic to say the least, it ****es me off because they don't even have the decency to respond to queries and state what the problem could be.
