Awaiting refund

I bought 2 items on the 20th November 2017 worth R1328.00 only to find that the sizes were too big and made a return on the 24th November 2017 , return number # ********** 88 and the delivery man by the name of Mr Rooney called me on the 28th November 2017 ( ********** ) at 10:55 am to confirm that he will be collecting the parcel on that day, till today I have not received my money back. I have been making follows up with them with no luck, Complaint reference number #655878. Spoke 4 different consultants, all of them have been promising me that they`ll be in contact with me but nothing to this date. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied by their service at Zando, considering the fact that I am a loyal customer and that I have paid.
