AVOID ZANDO AT ALL COSTS!!

I have never in my life dealt with a company with staff so inept, useless, redundant & stupid. It is beyond belief. AVOID ZANDO AT ALL COSTS!! I placed an order in December which they essentially duplicated and in total cost me R12 000 +. That was not an issue as I could simply return the boxes with the duplicated goods. I notified them 3 days after delivery to collect the goods. THIS WAS MID DECEMBER. They then sent two collections to collect 1 time each time from the orders. To date 03/02/2020 I am still trying to get it through their heads that I want them to collect the whole box!! I am still waiting for the refund of the good they have collected and still R12 000 out of pocket because they cannot follow simple instructions. BE AFRAID... BE VERY AFRAID. They will deliver but you are stuck with the goods unless they get employees with a brain to work for them soon.
