AVOID!!!!

Incompetence a its finest, avoid!!!

1st Order: Wrong boot size delivered, size 8 instead of 7 (Placed a return order, website tells me I can drop off at a Pargo facility in Montague Gardens...15km away from my home. Website specifically mentions they are open on a Saturday, I get there they aren't there). I go back there a few days later and they are there this time round. Refund accepted, voucher issued.... I pay for another delivery fee I shouldn't have paid). Even after dropping the boots off, I also was getting automated email and sms reminders to drop the shoes off)

2nd Order: 2 LEFT boots delivered (I actually have no words. Submit return, I call to complain and get told I can actually go to the mall around the corner from my house to drop the boots off. I complain about paying a third delivery fee, and receive a voucher for this. Pargo takes 3 days to generate the courier code...I end up phoning Pargo directly to get it. Refund accepted after a few days, and another voucher issued)
