Are you serious :)

I was told today that my return was rejected because the dress I returned smelled of perfume and had white marks on it. I wish I could attach a photo of the so-called white marks they sent me. Am I not allowed to wear perfume before trying on an item? Like where in your life have you heard such a thing?? Never have I had such a bad online experience. Not only that, but the lady I spoke to had such a bad attitude, I tried to log a Google Review but it's been disabled, I assume due to all the other negative reviews.
