Appalling service post black Friday sale 2019

Ordered and paid for a lot of stuff for Christmas presents on 29 November, have still not received my order, they are not replying to my emails or answering their phone, and now I'm stressed out as I have no presents, no communication, and no money to go buy other presents elsewhere. Thanks Zando for ******ing up Christmas for my family!!! Appalling service. Unacceptable. I'd give 0 if I could.
