Appalling service from Zando

I have recently purchased a few items from Zando on the 5th of May which I received around the 20th , I needed to return 2 of those items and logged a return request on the 25th which was confirmed for collection...guess what I’m still waiting for my returned items to be collected,I have sent several emails of which one of them was eventually answered last week with an apology to treat my matter with the urgency it deserves...it’s been a week and I’m still waiting !!! I’m over being angry with the situation right now , just desperately waiting on them to show up at my door,I’m now even worried if I’ll get my refund once they receive my returns.

So disappointed!!!
