Appalling service delivery

I submitted my order on the 3rd of December. It's still being processed. I don't understand how you can consider yourself an online store and promise delivery within 3-5 days. The call center won't or can't take calls and quite frankly, I'm inclined to cancel my order. Definitely won't buy from them again!
