Appalling Service

Pathetic service , it's over a month since I made a purchase and returned it , it took them 3 weeks to collect the parcel , the courier service delivery guy was just so rude and uninterested . 12 days later I'm still awaiting my refund for the Pierre Cardin bedding. These people don't respond to complaint , their telephone lines never work , they take forever to respond even on facebook.Order number ***
