Appalling SERVICE! ?

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and I have not received it! On the 25th to be exact. You go on about priding yourself with 3 to 5 days delivery and I wait 2 weeks without even a phone to apologize or even explain why.

I called your call centre on Thursday the 29th and all I could get from your agent is that I will receive my order on Monday the 3rd of December. Which was still unacceptable but guess what... IT DID NOT ARRIVE!!!

It’s FRIDAY THE 7th now and still nothing.

This is appalling and I can promise you that I am never buying from ZANDO with my hard earned money anymore to get such disgusting service.

As if that enough. I have been calling your call centre for the whole week holding for more than 10min at a time and NOBODY ANSWERS!!!!
