Appalling service

I have ordered on Zando on the 23rd of November 2018, but up until today I have not received my order. I am not sure if their orders takes weeks now to be delivered, if so that needs to be communicated properly. I have been calling no one is picking up. They do not even call me to tell what is happening with my order. I am very furious and disappointed on such a poor and bad service from Zando.
