Appalling pathetic service from ZANDO

This is my second review about ZANDO regarding a purchase I made before Christmas of 2018. To date ZANDO is not picking up calls and not replying to emails. They are not even responding to the different complaints made on this website. This already gives a picture of their lack of customer service. Their dismissal resolving customer problems.

The service is appalling and people should not have to deal with such.
