appalling

They service is pathetic i bought a watch gift for someone it was well received, seemed like good value for money however hardly two weeks battery stopped working i went online requested a exchange or replacement just for the battery,i get call and email from zando saying tregerbrands is the supplier i must communicate with them myself as per suppliers instruction, it got worse when i spoke to supplier they advised me Zando was only but suppose to collect from take to them for battery replacement till date i am still waiting for Zando with something i bought in March delivered mid April still waiting just for a battery replacement.
