Appaled by ZANDO customer servuce

On the 11th December 2018 i had ordered a shoe from ZANDO and chose the C.O.D option ,with ref Order # ********** 17. I am aware that the usual turn around time is between 3-5 working days for delivery. On Friday the 21.12.2018 i had sent an email to the support@zando email address asking about my delivery of the shoe. I had received no response from the support team and my order still hasn't arrived and today is the 28.12.2018. I have been a loyal customer of Zando and i am utterly appalled by the lack of communication surrounding my delivery and the no answer to my email sent. I am extremely unhappy by the customer service that i received and i have a good mind to tell Zando to keep the shoe as i required it for Christmas and it did not arrive before then.
