I ordered shorts from Zando. The waist size was fine, but the legs ended up being (very) tight. I requested a return and within a week, the shorts had been collected and the refund processed. In addition to this, they credited my account with the value of the voucher that I had used when originally buying the shorts. You would never find this from traditional stores.
