An excuse for service

This is by far the worst service that I have ever received at any online shop. I placed an order 04/05/2018 before 09:30. On Tuesday 08/05/2018 the order was still in processing. Delivery time was suppose to be 3-5 business days. On Thursday after 9:00 the order was still not shipped. None of my calls got answered and I'm still waiting feedback on my emails that was send. I requested a return and i was supposed to be collected on Friday before 17:00. Till now no collection was made and no feedback as to when it will take place. I will definitely not make use of Zando ever again and I will make sure that everyone I knows, knows how bad your service is. Doesn't matter what time you call your call just never get answered.
