Amazing Service

Good day

I would like to do a BIG shout out to Nurahn Galant that works for Zando in the customer service side of the business. WOW this woman saved me from tears and a very unhappy bride to be. I ordered amazing shoes for my wedding and when they arrived a stone was missing, I then send a mail to Zando, and also submitted a return request online. But when I saw how long it is going to take for the entire process to be completed I got very stressed because that wont be enough time for the new shoes to arrive. I then spoke to Nurahn Galant over mail and she sorted it all out. They picked up the faulty shoes on the Monday, Tuesday I got the new shoes WOW I mean really. She was really helpful and very understanding toward my problem. I would deal with ZANDO any day now because of this lovely person...
