Always late deliveries!

I placed and paid for my order on Friday (27/05/18), the delivery should take 3-5 days as stated on the website. I got a email saying my estimated delivery day will be next week Tuesday (8/05/18)! Which is over 7 days! Why does Zando take so long I never have this problem with other online stores regardless of the public holidays!
