Ali Shop / Zando Footwear is a ****!!

I ordered and paid for items worth about R600 online at Zando Footwear on 21 May 2024 but have not recieved anything to date. I have made several attempts to get hold of their customer care; to no avail. Orders in question: #1316 and #1319
