After hour shopping woes, be careful!!
<p>Experienced a system problem with credit card payment after hours so went on to pay via eft and sent proof of payment to customer services immediately because of discounts for that day, 2 phone calls and numerous emails later and problem still not resolved but Zando has my money, will think twice about buying from Zando again and they say because it was after hours and they only received the payment the next day my order was invalidated, so can it really be called an online store, the website should be operational during working hours.</p>
Original order - R437 - discount of 30% = R306
I paid R306 on the day of order and emailed proof of payment immediately
Zando responds not mentioning the R306 already paid and gives me a R30 voucher
Zando service is appaling, can't a manager issue me with a R437 voucher and this problem will be solved, maybe thats uncomprehensible to them
