Aero Competition a ****

<p>I entered the Aero competition which ended on 30 April 2017, and the 8th of May received a call stating that I have won all i need to do is email my till slip and ID copy to ********** I did that on the 8th sent an email attached a copy of my till slip and ID. I then followed up on the email to have confirmation of receipts and nothing. I tried calling the number that called and nothing. To this day, 11 days later from the call I received and email i sent, there has been no communication as to what exactly did I win. When I asked the lady that called me on the 8th which Zando voucher did I win, she said she was at no liberty to say as I need to send my till slip and ID copy. Well im still waiting for my Zando voucher. It was not by chance that I bought the aero chocolate, I bought it and kept my slip so I can enter this competition. Not only did I have to buy the aero chocolate I had to buy airtime to enter the competion as "contract sms" could not. After all that trouble to enter and to be told that you have won and to have nothing at the end of the story is absolutly dissapointing. Nestle and Zando had not held its end of the bargain with me I feel cheated, or atleast the audit trail of this competition is *******, #NoConfidence in your systems.</p>
