Account Creation failure

I have never experienced a more complicated online shopping site than this. My credentials I tried to use (Mobile and email) encounters an error. Support suggested I have to use a new number or email.

What type of service are you providing when you can't use your existing valid email and mobile number. This is not only a poor account creation process in place but also a great inconvenience. So much for shopping and adding items to my cart before signing in. A real waste.
