Absolutely Poor Service

Hi all.

I am absolutely disappointed in Zandos poor service.

Firstly, I am not able to properly track my order. Secondly, I placed my order on the 16th/06 with an ETA of 21st(TODAY) , my order gets dispatched on the 19th/06 .. 3 days to put my order together. VERY SMART. Thirdly, I get confirmation telephonically, I will receive my order today (21st/06) I've emailed at about 2pm. No reply. It's now, half past 4 and still no order. I am now told I can expect delivery on Tuesday 25th/06.

I'm sorry, but being a first time customer, I expected better. I've also made a purchase from takealot on Friday 14th/06, considering Monday was a holiday, I received my order on Tuesday, promptly at 8:05am.

Anyways, it was my first time purchasing from Zando, also my last time.
