Absolutely appalling service!!

I struggled to get Zando to come pick up their order after incorrect sizes, only after a huge fight and daily calls to their call centre did they arrive after 5 days to pick up the parcel. Still struggling to get my returns and refund back, it is more than 15 days since I've placed this order with them. Try talking with their call center consultants, all you get is bad attitude and unwillingness to help. I will NEVER use their services again
