I bought pants in end of June and waited 3 weeks only for Zando to not have stock...it’s 2 MONTHS SINCE IVE BEEN WAITING AND CHASING MY REFUND. Someone by name of Nurahn Responded as if they were correcting this but to date still no REFUND even after sharing my banking details. With specials Zando has-I’m never buying from them again, I’d rather pay more elsewhere as customer service is very important to me.
