8 days and still no refund

Why after 8 days will Zando still not refund my money. I advise anyone not to use this company in future. They constantly fail at promises and keep pushing the buck on their failures.<br> I am not sure what is going on behind the scenes at Zando but clearly management has zero control over business matters.<br> They seem to be a highly demotivated or totally *********** business.
