5 WEEKS LATER, STILL WAITING FOR RETURNS TO BE COLLECTED!!!!

5 weeks and several promises later, I am still waiting for my returns to be picked up and my money refunded! I can't believe how badly behaved this company is. After several years of loyalty and purchasing from them, I AM HIGHLY disappointed at their lack of integrity. I'm not sure if their management changed or they started cutting corners, but I am definitely not doing business with them again once my money is refunded. I'll take my money to SUPERBALIST!
