30 days waiting for refund

I placed an order for delivery in 3hrs. paid R80.00 for delivery fee, order never arrived only on Monday afternoon. was sent below email and till today i have not received my refund. it has been 30 days. i sent another email and no one responded.<br> <br> Luqmaan, Feb 15, 12:56:<br> Hi Linda,<br> Thank you for your email.<br> We are sincerely sorry to hear that you have not received your goods yet.
