3 weeks waiting period for an order

<p>I placed ORDER # ********** 76 with Zando on the 2nd of December. I called the call centre yesterday and spoke to 2 consultants who assured me they would provide feedback and nothing to date. I called Zando this morning to cancel this order as it clearly will not be delivered in time. The consultant advise she would cancel it and i would receive confirmation, again I did not receive anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this order cancelled and my money refunded ASAP. </p>
