3 Weeks for Zando to deliver an order

I placed my order with Zando on 09 December, to this day it still hasn't been delivered. The status has remained unchanged for about 2 weeks. Before this it took me complaining for them to deliver 4 orders that had been on dispatch for about 3 weeks. When you do complain via mail you get an automated response from the executive. This is so disappointing and such shabby service.
