3 Months for a customer returm

I have now waited 3 months to have an item collected as a return. They are pretty quick to deliver and take your money but not very willing to help with follow up customer service. <br> <br> I will never again purchase anything from Zando. They provide the most disgusting customer service I have ever had the misfortune of receiving. You cant escalate your queries to anyone because they dont care or cant refer you to a managed. What kind of organisation functions this way?
