2 orders refunds ... still waiting over a month for my money

Zando is bladdy frustrating to buy on.

I paid for an order and was told that an item is out of stock in the beginning of november. It is now december and they havent refunded me. I have sent my banking details a million times.

Ive been calling two days... both times i wait for over half an hour for someone to speak to and still cant get any help.

I have returned another order and still waiting for that refund also. The app is so useless, it doesnt hav an option for eft refunds.

Just disgusting service! Zando should shut down if they hav useless people who dont know what they doing.....

Bladdy call me and refund my money asap.
