2 Months with NO SERVICE

So I bought 2 shirts on ZANDO on 5 January 2016 and they delivered it on 7 January 2016. But both item I bought was to small and on the same day I requested the items to be returned. SINCE then a courier company has contacted me a MONTH later to confirm a pickup time for the items, the time has come and gone and it`s been almost 2 MONTHS with the items still at my home!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST RETURN SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!
