2 issues with Zando!

I'm currently experiencing 2 issues with Zando.

1. I placed an order for R1796.80 which was cancelled by Zando. The money was reserved from my credit card. When enquiring I was advised that there was a timeout and the money will be refunded back to my credit card. The money has since been deducted from my credit card with no reversal. Order: ********** 65

2. I've logged a return 2 days ago (10/04/2019). No one has contacted me as yet to when the order will be collected. Return: ********** 81
