1st and last time shopping at zando

As per policy zando promises to deliver goods in 3 days to citys and 5 to outlying areas. Well guess what it takes 5 -10 days. I ordered on the 3-9 and instead of my items being delivered by the 7-9 ... its now only scheduled for 11-9. Further more i received no replys to my numerous emails and got a weak answer when i called in to the call centre with excuses that standard deliverys take more than 3 days. So why is it being advertised as 3 day deliverys? False advertising , terrible service and weak excuses will ensure i wont be supporting zando in future.
