18 days to deliver!

I ordered a pair of shoes in the 27th of November that I was supposed to wear to a wedding on the 8th of December for a wedding... guess when it arrived? The 14th of December. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. No response to calls or emails. Sorry guys this is not acceptable.
