17 days later -Slow Delivery/*****

I placed an order on the 24th of November and processed payment on the 25th of November, after they refused to accept cash on delivery even though the amount met their minimum spend. On the 29th Of Nov parcel was handed to the couriers and got email confirmation that the order should be received between the 30th Nov - 4 Dec. I have tried everything to get an update from Zando as to where is my parcel but today is the 11th of December I am still to receive my parcel. I spent R1200 and now I firmly believe I have been de*****ed by this shop. They have caused me so much anxiety and too much worry.
