12 Days to deliver an item, and its still not delivered

<p>The only way to get things done nowadays is to complain first. Most of the time i get good service from zando. I use my parent's address for this delivery as I was moving offices and now they can't seem to deliver it there. 12 days to deliver one item and i still don't have it. Other companies found it fine to deliver there over that week. Pathetic guys.</p>
