Zando is not reliable

Zando is *****ing from its customers and nothing is done about that, I bought shoes worth R1300.money was debit in my account then got a notificatiin that order was cancelled, that was in april until today i jave not received anything.i send emails and they no more respond to them.what a bad customer service.
