WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR A FIRST TIME SHOPPER

On the 27th of February as this was on the weekend the payment was pending and would have only been released by my bank on Monday. Then I checked they said they will deliver on the 11th of March but I cancelled the order as I needed the order sooner that the delivery date which I made very clear to agent, she advised that that the order is shipped we have to wait for the delivery people to make contact with you to return the order to the warehouse the delivery service called me on the 11th and I told them to return the order its 24 days after and I still have yet received my refund, what a useless waste of time and the staff are so upsetting because it feels like robots mindless empathetic assholes... I needed this outfit for a party and I had to settle for something else because their delivery timescales bare in mind that it's a south African based company and no apologies nothing they will not succeed as a business truly... I've dealt with takealot in the same week received my order within 5 days ordered on the 28th, I've dealt with mrp I had my order with in 7 days ordered on the same day...
