Paid and all but no goods to show for it!!!

On the 4th August 2015 I bought a blue lace top and paid the very same day for delivery and for the purchase. a total of R390. I was told via email that it would take 7-8 working days for it to reach 'them' and then another 3 days to reach me. Today is the 1st September and I still have NOT received my goods. I keep phoning ZANDI BOTHA's number to which a Betsy answers. Apparently ZANDI BOTHA is MIA!!! I have asked for my money back but they wont give it. I have asked correspondence to my 10 emails that I have sent but BETSY just ignores it. This is disgusting, that there are ******* out there like this. Get your facts straight or I am opening a case of theft at the Police station and do me a favour...STOP advertising on facebook you *******.
