Horrible Return Turn Around tiMe

Although i was VERY happy with how fast my order came, an the quality of the items. The Returns process just had to be the complete opposite. My return was logged on 20 May 2020, i have been promised 2 sets of 5-7 days ago that it will be picked up in 5-7 days IF i am so lucky to get a response. Emails are not answered and FB takes days and no phone line AT ALL. I need to return this it was winter essentials as i would greatly like to replace them and i cannot get a refund until you process the items as a returned item.
