Double Charge

I bought good online at Zando, and they did duplicate orders and they called to say they cancelled the other order and will refund me back in 3 to 5 business working days, the refund has not been done, and the bank has even further charged me for the money they took for the duplicate order as the was insufficient funds, then i sent several email no response, and then they give me attitude
