Disgusting Service

I logged a return 6 weeks ago and to date nobody from Zando has pickup up the items. I have sent numerous emails to ***. My emails are always answered 2 days after i send mails with the same excuses that the courier companies are busy and the item will be picked up. I am still waiting. This is so unfair as Zando is sitting with my money with absolutely no hurry to have it paid back. I
