Delayed Return

Good day,

Kindly assist, I bought goods from Zando.com and upon the receipt of goods, I subsequently requested a return of 1 item because it did not fit and according to their return policy, it should take about 7 working days and this was in May, today on the 17th of July the goods are still not collected. I then requested a full refund because I feel like the trust has been broken and now I'm told they won't refund me but will give me a voucher. I don't want anything from Zando, I just need my money then we can go our separate ways.
