Bad Experience with Zando

I bought shoes in February, both size 5. The shoes did not fit me although I wear size 5. I requested a return/refund and two weeks went by without Zando collecting the shoes.

After two weeks, the Zando app couldnt allow to access the return again thereafter I sent them an email and Nurahn from Zando managed to request a return on their side, which was 1st week of April.

To this date, Zando does not reply to emails or calls. Also they have not picked up the order/shoes
