Zander Coetzee Plumber

I recently used Zander Coetzee as a plumber. the service was pathetic to say the least. He removed some of my new copper equipment without my permission and I had to struggle 2 weeks to have my property returned, this was only after informing him that I will report the matter to the South African Police.
