Apperently at 439 @ Hamanskraal , Zancha Pub and Liquor Store

So we as Residential Patrols gave Mrs Chauke quotation for a Camera system, 5 days ago on the quotation it clearly stipulated that she must pay a deposit Mrs Chauke knew that she had to pay a deposit , and that she still excepted the quotation , but now suddenly she wants to ask why she has to pay a deposit , i wonder if this client goes to checkers and gets her groceries for free i wonder if this Mrs Chauke cn go to a furniture store and have furniture delivered without paying for it , nobody forced her to except the quotation she in fact called us and asked us if she can still except the quotation at 09h00 this morning we did not call her. Also after I spoke to Mrs Chauke now at 16h52 she admitted she does not have the money now , how sad why did she not say from the begging she does not have money
