Risking people’s lives

They sold my cousin a car in 2019. BMW found the car to be faulty. They ignored him when they were meant to fix it. The car literally jammed while he was driving almost costing him his life. They used non-bmw parts to fix a car and didn’t even bother telling him it was in an accident. I wonder how many people have lost their lives on the road because of this dealer’s ways.
