Poor service

I'm getting tired of complaining and complaining about zamokuhle and they still not attending to our query which goes to show that they don't have respect for their clients and I'm glad I won't ever need their services as we have been going back forth requesting that they fix the error on the tombstone since the 3rd of September n its the 26 of September n still the tombstone is not put back after we had given them all they wanted 1st their excuse was they can't remove it without an affidavit which we gave but still nothing happened it had to take my fiance to sit there and tell them he's not leaving until someone goes with him to remove it to be fixed n guess what 6 days later its still not there n there's no communication whatsoever from them .what will it take for these people to take us seriously? Go to speak out or start an anti-zamokuhle on social media because its starting to irritate the **** out of me .we have been patient enough with them n we get false promises from them
